| Reservation policy |
To confirm a room reservation, we request a credit card number. The total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your visit with us. If the total amount for your stay is $500.00 and over, 40% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card one 10 days prior to your arrival date. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Diner's Club En Route. Cash (cheque) If a credit card is not available, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount by cheque addressed to Luc St-Jacques dated 10 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation Our cancellation policy will guarantee a full refund if notified 10 days or more prior to the reservation arrival date. If notified 10 days or less prior to the reservation, we will refund the deposit (40%) or will cancel your credit card charge (40%) ONLY if we are able to rent the room to others. In the event of a 24 hour or less cancelation notice, the full amount will be charged. You can reserve either by telephone or e-mail. Please see our contact page for details. |
